Ready to Enroll?
If you are ready to enroll your child in Chesterfield Academy, we have made it easy to fill out all of the necessary paperwork! Simply download, print and fill out all of the Enrollment Forms and bring them to the school along with your registration fees. This will secure your child’s spot in our program. If you have any questions about any of the attached paperwork, do not hesitate to contact us.

Register Your Child at Chesterfield Academy
We strive to ensure that you and your child find the right center for your needs. Trying to choose a childcare center after just one visit is difficult. That is why we invite you to try us for one week at no risk.
If at any time during the first week you decide that Chesterfield Academy is not the right place for your child, we will refund your tuition and registration fee with no questions asked.
We know of no other Center that is confident enough to make that offer. We find that 99% of parents and children will know for sure within the first five day period.
